R200 for a license please

I cannot believe how some people have the supposed ‘ability’ to ‘drive’ … look at this person.  This ‘driver’ apparently got their license two days before taking delivery of the brand new Polo from Hatfield VW in Pretoria, South Africa. Courtesy of blacknotes.co.za (via Zoopy.com)
